- Laurel Street Residential is a boutique private development company. They plan and develop high quality, mixed-income communities throughout the East Coast for working families and seniors that are affordable to households of a variety of incomes. Laurel Street works on developments of all sizes, including both new construction and rehabilitation projects.

- $27.2MM development budget with 5 layers of financing, including $15MM Invest Atlanta bond issue, 4% low income housing tax credits.
